La’Quasia Risper is a native of Brooklyn and has worked at New York City’s New Museum of Contemporary Art since 2007. An MC who performs under the name “Capital Q,” Risper’s inspirations include Shawn “Jay-Z” Carter, Da Brat, Total, Nas, and The Notorious B.I.G.
