ARTIST'S PROJECT: SARAH MALAKOFF
"Untitled Interiors"

Three groupings of the artist's exquisite and psychologically resonant photographs of interior spaces are presented here, each punctuated with an insert printed on embossed and scored specialty paper.

Based in Roslindale, MA, Sarah Malakoff’s photographs have been exhibited most recently at Howard Yezerski Gallery in Boston and Plane Space in New York. Malakoff graduated from Smith College and received a joint M.F.A. from Boston’s School of the Museum of Fine Arts and Tufts University. Her 16mm shorts have screened at several festivals, and she is the recipient of an Artist Grant in Photography from the Massachusetts Cultural Council and the Copley Society Jean & Kahlil Gibran Award for Manifest 2001.
